PepsiCo India today released a strategic press release introducing its digital brand promotion project – the PepsiCo Brand Promotion Platform (PCP). This project aims to further strengthen the connection between the brand and Indian consumers through digital promotion, user training, and localized market collaboration.
Since its launch in 2022, PCP has continuously improved its user service, brand promotion, digital training, and regional operation systems, with Haryana as one of its key development areas.
PCP aims to enable users to understand the brand promotion process and participate in online marketing activities through more convenient digital tools, and to improve their communication, promotion, and teamwork skills through systematic training.
Main directions of PCP platform development
- Enhance PepsiCo India’s brand influence
PCP helps more Indian consumers understand PepsiCo India’s brands and products through digital content dissemination, product knowledge training, online interactive activities, and user feedback mechanisms.
The platform aims to establish a more direct channel for brand communication, increase user engagement, and strengthen the long-term relationship between consumers and the brand. - Promote local employment and skills training

PCP will maintain communication with relevant Haryana state government departments, focusing on local employment, digital skills training, consumer protection, and business localization.
PCP plans to establish more user service and training centers in Haryana, providing operations, customer service, technical, and management positions for the local market. - Establish network security and user protection mechanisms.
PCP will strengthen account security education, reminding users to properly protect their passwords, verification codes, and personal information.
